We try to collect the minimum data needed to run Virtual Callbox. We don’t sell your personal information.

Account information

  • Email address and authentication identifiers
  • Display name (if you provide one)

Unit and invite information

  • Unit membership (which unit(s) you belong to)
  • Invites you send or receive (invitee email, token, status, expiration)

Call and access activity

  • Call events and outcomes (for example: granted, denied, missed)
  • Phone numbers involved in entry calls (when available)
  • Guest PIN creation and usage timestamps

Device information (for notifications)

  • Push notification token
  • Platform (iOS/Android) and app version (when available)

Support communications

If you email us, we’ll receive whatever you choose to share in that message.

2) What we don’t do

  • We don’t sell personal information.
  • We don’t run ads in the app.
  • This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics by default.

3) How we use your information

  • Provide core features (calls, access actions, invites, history)
  • Secure the service and prevent abuse
  • Provide customer support
  • Improve reliability and fix bugs

4) How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us operate Virtual Callbox (for example: hosting, databases, email, and telephony). We may also share information if required by law. Examples may include Supabase (data/auth), Twilio (telephony), Cloudflare (website delivery), and Apple or Google (sign-in).

5) Data retention

We keep data for as long as needed to operate the service and for security/audit purposes. Invite tokens expire, and you can request deletion of your account.

6) Your choices

You can request account deletion or ask privacy questions by emailing support@virtualcallbox.com.

7) Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the “Last updated” date.
